I have in mind notorious “game in the course of time”. Not so long ago my associates from Novosibirsk conducted a large-scale study, attempting to explain, as the change of winter and summer times it influences the human organism. However, and that? It turned out that after “setting” in people are formed the strongest stress reactions. All daily rhythms of organism are disrupted. But night sleep with its finest neurophysiological rhythm the main thing is/are suffers.
